1. Introduction
This policy describes how Celesta DriverApp collects, uses, stores, and shares personal data.

3. Data collected
- Location: foreground and background location if granted (`expo-location`).
- Device and diagnostics: crash reports and diagnostics via Firebase Crashlytics (`@react-native-firebase/crashlytics`).
- Media and files: photos and files the user selects or uploads (`expo-image-picker`).
- Identifiers: device identifiers used for diagnostics; advertising ID collection is disabled via `plugins/rnf-disable-ad-id-support.plugin.js`.
- Build/config data: project and build metadata (EAS/Expo, `eas.json`) and Firebase settings (`google-services.json`).

4. Purposes and legal basis
- Provide core app functionality (e.g., routing/tracking): legal basis — consent / contract.
- Improve service and stability (Crashlytics): legal basis — legitimate interest.
- Compliance and security: as required by law.

5. Sharing and third parties
- Firebase / Google services process crash and backend-related data.  
- Build and distribution services (EAS/Expo) may access build logs and artifact metadata.
- Data is not shared with advertisers; No personalized data is collected 

6. Storage and retention
- Data retained only as long as necessary. 

7. Security
- Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used (encrypted transport, access control). 

8. User rights
- Users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or lodge objections where applicable. Contact the controller at the address above.

9. Device permissions and controls
- Location, camera/photos, and notifications are controlled via device settings and can be revoked by the user.

10. Children
- App does not contain restricted content, though it's targeted audience are working professionals
